Hospital Care Liaison Service

Family Support

As a physical therapist, I have 18 years of medical experience working in specialty ICUs, hospital floors, Post Operative rooms and more. Supporting families with loved ones who end up in the hospital or rehab center is crucial to prevent caregiver burnout and care to a patient. As a Hospital Care Liaison, I can interpret and bridge medical communication to family members who can't sit in the hospital room for hours at end due to work and other family commitments. I can provide client assist in meals, hygiene, and activity while in the hospital. I provide direct line care and communication from the doctor/nurses to you. Let me help alleviate the stress of balancing work and family commitments while ensuring your loved one receives the best care.
